I ordered the Pom Pom London recent TS.and they came with dust bags. Another  color I wanted to order sold out. It recently came back in stock under the new section and on sale. However I received what appeared to be a AS IS order repackaged diffently then the ones ordered on TS day. The purse was in nice and what seemed like new conditon, but this one didn't have a dust bag.

I'm curious is the inclusion of the dust bags hit or mist or generally included with there bags? I contacted QVC a rep offered to get one sent to me and for me to check back. When I did the next rep said they don't do that and they don't see that it was supposed to come with one. I didn't return because  the color sold out again and other then the missing dust bag it was in good shape. I contacted Pom Pom London and they will not help even because bought through QVC. So they don't honor there 365 day warranty if bought on QVC. I called QVC back and they gave me a patial credit.

@kila  I understand that you wanted what you paid for and it is annoying. You can buy dust bags if you are interested.

I just was looking for dust bags on Amazon. I saw some silky ones. I  was hoping to find some made like the Pom Pom London ones. Do you happen to have any recommendations?

It is annoying to not get everything, and to also get what appears to be a repackaged return that was sold at a New price vs the AS IS price. At least QVC made it right. Disappointed being a first time Pom Pom London customer and to find out that because it was purchased at QVC they are unwilling to help or honor any warranties.

That's exactly why I don't buy my Pom Pom bags from QVC. Shipping is to long and if not free shipping it's to expensive. I get my bags from London to Phoenix in 3 days with feee shipping and everything is there plus many times they give you a free coin purse with your order. I don't always trust that the quality is the same on QVC.

@kila.  They probably figure it's not worth the hassle and expense to ship such a cheap item overseas.  I have to agree.  I don't even use dust bags, storing them in Periea boxes so I can find the one I want.

Yours may have been used as an on-air model and became separated from its bag.   Thats not the company's fault.

This may have not been there fault. But it's disappointing to find out the warranty they offer doesn't extend to QVC. You would think they would be considered a authorized retailer and warranties would apply if needed. So as a warning to others if your bag should become faulty within a 365 day time frame and you purchased it from QVC there is no warranty.

I never heard of Pom Pom London until the TS.  It sounds like the website may be the way to go. Thanks.

You received a bag you wanted by luck in a color that wasn’t available originally and at a good price. Yet you’re dismayed that it didn’t come with a dust bag? And you want the dust bag like the one that is similar to theirs? That wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me. You can always use an extra pillow case or buy one on Amazon.

Don't  know if you read all of my posts. But said I was fine since QVC made it right. But when I chose to order the New item and not  AS IS item and pay more for it I would expect  to get new with all accesories.Since I got what appeared to be a AS Is repackaged item with missing accesory QVC made it right in the end. They gave me a discount to match the ones they were selling AS IS.

However as stated before   I was disappointed to find out that if you order from QVC that Pom Pom London does not extend the 365 day warranty to buyers. Also posted as a warning to others incase they didn't know this.
