So after the show, I saw these handbags were presented and both the blue and green were sold out (no waitlist).  Then went back to the item about an hour later and the blue appeared as waitlist available, clicked on waitlist and it wouldn't let me waitlist it at all.  Tried several times and finally said it wasn't meant to be.

I believe, tell me if I'm wrong, that handbag was 199.00.

Well today, a miracle has happened, all colors are in stock and available but the bag is $269.00.

So if I am interpeting this correctly, so many are sold at the lower price for the show and the rest of them are held back and sold at the higher price?  I just bought a Brahmin so I don't need this handbag but thought I could alternate mine out with this one this summer but now for sure I don't need it.

Have you seen others items like this?

@Just Bling.  As the TSV, I believe it was $149.00.  To go to @269. Is a huge jump and seems like an exorbitant price for that little bag.  Wonder if it's a mistake?

I don't know about the games QVC might be playing, but there are other places to buy PN at a cheaper price.

The Zorita is my fave PN bag and I have 4 or 5, none of which I have purchased at the Q. I have purchased them at TJMaxx and Ebay. HTH

@Just Bling   I bought the Leandra TSV for $149 and free shipping.  Today it's $229 plus S&H if you choose ezpay and free shipping if you you don't.  That''s a big jump also. Would not have purchased at the higher price.

@Kachina624  The bag referenced by @Just Bling , the Zorita, (and it comes in a turquoise and black combination...), is not the bag that was the TSV so while there was a price jump it wasn't as extensive as that... I will say @Just Bling that this sort of thing seems to happen a lot... At one time folks could explain it on 'buyer's remorse' and folks changing their mind and cancelling orders... These days, from what I gather, it's hard to cancel an order, even immediately after placing them, though I don't know if that's the case in this instance. I too have wondered, as have others, whether or not QVC sets aside a specific number of items to sell at a reduced price, hence explaining how items that ostensibly are sold out magically appear the next day at the higher price... Like @country gal, I've determined this is not the best place to shop for certain items, as better prices are often available elsewhere and bags would often be among those items...

You are so correct, it is NOT the TSV, I understand the huge price jumps from one day to the next, this bag was featured in a show that I missed (lately I miss a lot of shows, not watching) but I did try to waitlist it and it was available to waitlist but it wouldn't let me, wouldn't let me add it at all.

That's what I was thinking too, so many at a certain price and too bad so sad, you want it, you'll have to pay for it.  Oh well, everyone runs their business the way they want and for $70 more, it's not worth it.

I first found PN on shop HQ. Her bags were more reasonable and I bought 3 over time. She then went to HSN and now the Q. Her bags are gorgeous.

That's exactly what happened to me! But they took mine out of my cart then said I could waitlist but I couldn't get on it and the next thing I know it's back up to $269. I would like to get back on the waitlist (for the Blue) like I wanted to be but only at the $199 price. I didn't know they could snatch stuff out of your cart that fast.

Hi,  I posted on another thread that HSN has a Smart

Deal.  I like this bag better than the TSV and it's $20 cheaper than the TSV.  Here are a few of the colors.  There are two more.

I fell head over heels for Patricia Nash's bags when I first saw them at Nordstrom and later was able to find them on ShopHq at a lower price (and a bigger selection).  Her bags are an addiction for me and since she expanded away from so many floral painted leathers I have purchased quite a few from Patricia's website, Macy's, HSN, TJ Maxx, and now QVC.  I've bought a few at TJ Maxx that were eye-popping low priced (less than $100 and I even nabbed one with an additional discount for $40).  My point is I'm willing to pay whatever price I have to in order to have color and style choice. I purchased the TSV Leandra in soft green (this green is a vivid forest and definitely not soft).  I don't have another PN bag in that shape and size, in the tooled leather I adore, and available in my favorite color.  I received the bag yesterday Woman Surprised and it's beautiful! No buyers regret that it cost $150.

A funny thing is only a few days before the TSV I saw a tooled leather style available in soft green at Macy's that I almost purchased.  Because that bag was on sale too the price would have been similar to the TSV, but it was a larger bag, and to me, the TSV is prettier. Here's an image of Avely in blue. Not bad, and something I might buy if I stumbled upon it at TJ Maxx or elsewhere at a deeply reduced price.  See the source image
