Has anyone taken notice of this new bag from Patricia Nash? I am surprised that no one has posted yet about this new Discovery bag.

I like it in the bright turquoise color. The magenta bag option does not appear to be a bright magenta color to my eyes, but more of a deeper, darker kind of burgundy or wine color. And I say this as a huge fan of the color magenta. 

Is anyone liking this bag in any particular color?

It appears no secure top zip, if so that can be a deterrent in buying.

The woven bags are stunning. Sitting on my hands.

Love, love, love  a blue bag... but the natural color is just so classic.

I looked at it because the braiding reminded me of a very expensive, designer handbag brand. This Patricia Nash bag weighs over 2 pounds while empty. Unfortunately, that's a deal breaker for me. I also will no longer buy a bag without a top zip and an outside pocket.

@rockygems123 - You are so right about a zip top. No one wants the contents of their bag to get wet in the rain, and no one wants the contents to fly across the car seat or onto the floor during a sharp turn. I just truly love this bright blue color.

@hopi - I cannot wear the natural color, because I am a "winter" who needs stronger colors, bright colors, and black or white, although I do like the metallic one, too.
