Mesh/scratch marks on Patricia nash bag

Hi everyone im hoping you can help me. I’ve been using a red patricia mash bag probably not even a month and it has white mesh/ scratch marks on it already. Any tips for removing them? Thanks in advance

I would ask cs@patricianashdesigns.com for the best advice.  Send them a photo.  I had a problem with the printed leather flaking on a bag I got from HSN and they gave me full credit for the purchase.  They do sell a leather care product but I don't know if that would work with scratches on red leather.

I'm really disappointed. That bag was $188 that I bought in two colors(when I can barely afford one mind you). I expected more from that bag. Now I had to shell out more money for leather repair prodcuts.  This has turned me off from buying anymore Patricia Nash bags(too bad I have 3 others).

Did you reach out to HSN about the issue? If you haven't had it long I would ask them for a refund, the worst that can happen is that they say no.
