I have a black nylon Kipling and a black nylon Hedgren crossbody.  Great bags.  Has anyone ever washed them in machine on gentle/cold and air dry?  Seems to me they could be washed because of the fabric...

thanks!

Yes, I've washed nylon bags before after a spill, with no ill effects.

As you mentioned, cold water/detergent on gentle cycle & air dried.

@bargainsgirl @I have washed all of my cloth bags in one of those zippered mesh pouches on a cold water gentle cycle.. no dryer though.

although i have washed nylon bags before, i have not washed any of my kipling bags.  when i did wash the bags, i stuffed the inside with a big towel.  don't ask me why ... it just seemed like maybe it would help with shape retention.  anyway, they came out fine.  i would assume the kipling would wash fine too.

I don’t own any Kipling bags but I’ve washed both my Lug bags and Travelon bags in my washing machine on a cold wash. I also put them in one of those mesh bags just to keep the strap from flopping around.  I let them air dry.

I put my Kipling bag in the washing machine on gentle and it came out fine.
