Lug shipping and organization are nuts!! I ordered a bag in November, got it in December Ok....needed it for xmas fine. In April, I got an email asking if I wanted a credit or a refund on my credit card as they were sorry the bag was no longer in stock. Huh??? I wrote back and said thank you but I received the bag in December. Weird. I dont think they know what theyre doing.

I ordered one Lug item from QVC & will never buy their merchandise again. The horrendous & ongoing shipping issues demonstrate a lack of appreciation & respect & for their customers in addition to bad business practices.
There's similar stuff out there at competitive prices & better customer service.

Shipping from Lug has been a nightmare since June of 2022. There were supposed to be improvements, but nothing to improve shipping has happened yet.
It was mentioned in one of the Lug FB groups, that their BBB rating is F. They seem to be on the road to self implode. Buyer beware, and informed.

Finally received my package. Shipped on 7/8. Received on 7/20. It just doesn't feel like they care about their customers.

I ordered a lug bag on January 14, 2024. The estimated delivery date is January 24. Still in process and have not received the item. It was a TSV at one time. They ran out of the metallic blue so I put another color into my wish list. Of course, the price went up the next day and of course, they had the metallic blue. I kept the item in my wish list and a few days later I checked and the price went down a dollar less than the TSV and they had the color I wanted. So I ordered it. Perhaps that is the reason why I haven't gotten it yet.
