I received the Radley bag from Macy's today and the box was crushed in. I opened the box and the bag was wrapped a bit but there was no padding around the bag and it was loose in the box. I can't believe the bag made it!

I am disappointed in the lining the way its messed up and the strap is hooked on opposite sides of the bag and really hard to open the zipper that way. Have to think about it.

My first Radley too. The leather is beautiful though.
