Like I said on the other thread about slow lug shipping, I ordered a bag Jan 17. Still shows in process and won't let me cancel. This lug customer is officially done. Other companies manage to get merch to their customers in a timely manner. I'll shop with them.

Don't believe it is the vendor's fault, I blame UPS for being so slow
on starting the delivery.
@Salreg UPS hasn't had trouble picking up other orders. I've gotten close to a dozen since the first of this month from California.
I think LUG is just a disorganized mess.
