I figured Dooney had to sell their returns!  Where does Dooney sell the returned bags?  Is it a specific site?  I'm not talking about the "as is" ones on the Q.  I buy "as is" from the Q all the time but haven't found a Dooney there that I'm interested in.

The Florentine leather bag you just bought, isn't that the leather that is scratched easily?  It's really pretty but I'm hesitant to try it because of that.

Yes I might get the Belvedere tote.  It looks yummy!

  Thanks for all your help!

@judEve I returned the bag to Dooney dot com and I'm sure they will resell it there. Like I said, the returns to the Dooney site cannot be worn or used, so basically, it's a new bag. I have seen in forums that there are Dooney outlets..maybe that's where the majority of returns go.

Yes, the Florentine does scratch easier, but you can rub it out. I bought "as is" satchels on the Q in both red and elephant. The red had a prominent scratch near the logo, so I returned it and purchased the same red satchel for $60 more on clearance at the Q. Brand new, beautiful and still cheaper than the Dooney sites.

I was going to return the Elephant color and do the same thing, as there were a few scratches, but decided that the scratches don't bother me at all in that color. I love the bag and am now eyeing another Florentine Toscana on clearance. I love the leather and the leather on the interior is soooo luxurious (I feel like one of the hosts, but it's true..lol)

I completely agree. I hate the tan contrasting trim. Which is why the Flo line was the only one I really liked from them.

I used to hate the contrasting trim. Now, for some inexplicable reason, I like it.

The oher thing I could lose is the contrasting top stitching~!  A year or so ago I wanted la good black leather Dooney, all black, no contrastling leather or top stitching.  At the time I couldn't find anything.... Woman Tongue

I'm a Brahmin addict.  You can sometimes get them on Ebay or occasionally they are discounted or on clearance in a department store.  I just love them!
