My order of 2 LUG bags on March 5th is out for delivery this Friday the 17th. Not too bad of a wait.

I've moved on. I got sucked in and usually ended up regretting most of my purchases. That's on me for buying patterns. Solids are much easier to work with. I've kept most but have given a few away. Even in what I have kept, they've been relegated to very occasional use. Because if that, I may thin out the inventory and put some in my spring garage sale. I'm using Patricia Nash, Dooney, and American Learher Co. purses most of the time now.

I'm done with them, also. I began collecting Lug bags when they first came to the Q, and I am one of Ami's "Lugnuts', though I will be leaving that group. I own over 100 bags. Yeh. I'm a little obsessive. LOL! In the past year, I've returned more bags than I've kept. Twice their deliveries missed dates for intended birthday gifts when I ordered them a month in advance. One bag I never received. ALL were late. But even with all the delivery problems -- and they are many -- the worst of it is the TOTAL LACK OF QUALITY. The fabric in the bags I have received over this past year CRACKLES like stiff plastic -- it makes a NOISE it's so stiff. The outside fabrics are just as bad. The bags I see at Walmart are FAR better quality, and that's outrageous with the crazy price increases. Last week, Royln was the TSV. I thought "what the heck?" So I got three. One has arrived -- it is SOOOO much nicer than Lug for a lower price and arrived within four days of my purchase. The lining is SOFT and silky. The exterior is flawless -- no missed stitches, no pulled threads, no mismatched seams. The color is gorgeous, both interior and exterior. The front pocket has terrific organization, and the interior is absolutely perfect. It's a great medium size -- not tiny like Lugs are becoming, and it doesn't feel like the framework is made of cardboard, which Lug's is. It's soft and pretty AND IT COST WAY LESS THAN LUG. So I'm now a Royln fan and hoping they don't take their customers for granted like Lug has done.

@aingeal It's a shame when a once great company shoots themself in the foot. With Lug I agree with you- they have killed the heart of the brand with declining quality (going by the reviews), shipping time, and branching into areas outside the iconic Lug bags. (Fashions,etc)

I bought one bag & was not happy with the quality. The material started fraying & the zipper stuck shortly after purchasing. I've noticed the prices have risen quite a bit.

Oh gosh, I thought it was just me. I ordered the Lug drawer organizers on May 26. QVC states it was shipped on June 1. There is a tracking number, but there is no action on the package. It is as if someone put a label on it and it is sitting around the warehouse somewhere.
The estimated delivery date is today. QVC social said if it does not arrive today, which it won't, to contact them again.
I did not know the whole company was having issues. Now I know.

@Puppy Lips , I have had the same thing happen on three of my Lug purchases. They never made it past enroute to UPS.
After about 15 days UPS had a notification of voided information received. QVC refunded my money.

@Tissyanne Ugh. I really wanted these drawer organizers for my husband. He has multiple pairs of eyeglasses that are all over his bathroom counter. I thought the organizer would be a good place to put them in one place.

I agree! I have love one style and they do not make another - on the other hand- they make hundreds of tiny bags (which I do not like}. I have requested shoulder bags with one color only =no patterns but I never see anything like what I requested. I love the original army green but they do not make them anymore. Time to move on.
