After it's been "tendered to returns agent"" The message will say that USPS is no longer in possession of the package. I saw somewhere that you could track it thru Smartlabel tracking but that still ended at the returns agent. So how is it possible to track it?

My experience is that once the returns agent has it, you won’t know anything until it is delivered to QVC. Check with CS, if it doesn’t show up after a reasonable number of days.

Thanks. That's what I figured. I actually wasn't talking about QVC but JJill. I got an email from them that they received my return but I was expecting updates from the PO and didn't get them.
