many years ago I was in the lv store and sitting in a chair was a beautiful silver fox on an oxygen tank. She was surrounded by 3 beautiful younger women. I learned from them that they were with the mom and they we being " ladies who lunch and shop" I thought how cool. I soon learned that the mom was dying and that this day was one of her final wishes and that she wanted to purchase her daughter something that they all wanted. They decided on the speedy 30 bag, because that was one the mom carried for years. Many times when I see a speedy bag I think of them and smile!

I like the slouch look. I've watched  influencers show this bag and it looks ok.. I would like to see it in person.  I don't think it would be very functional for me, so this is not on my list of wants.   I do have my eye on the new speedy  25 in cognac color .

I like it because it's unique.  Don't like LV's logo all over it, coated fabric, and brown color, though, so I wouldn't buy it.

Interesting responses.  I had an Anne Klein leather handbag made like this back in the 90's and it was a favorite of mine.  So much so that I wore one out and replaced with another.  The top zip opens the bag wide so that everything is accessible and it fits along the body snuggly.  Yes, I would buy this bag if I was in the market for another LV.

I can easily pass on that.  Is it a genuine LV?  I never knew they did things with chains.  I always think they stick to simple tried and true styles.  I do know they have genuine leather bags as well, but the chain thing is new to me!
