I am bummed. I recived this bag and the ziper across the top is locked. It is kind of crooked so I can't squeeze it to release the lock and can't unzip it enough to squeeze it to unlock it. Boo hoo. Guess I will have to send it back, but I shouldn't have to pay shipping to do so. Not as if I changed my mind or something didn't fit, but it is unusable.. Anyone else have this problem? Maybe that is why it is on clearance---someone else sent it back.

Never with Travelon. I would call CS and have them arrange a pickup by UPS. This is the Q's problem.

CS was very nice and they are refunding this purchase. Too late as a Christmas present, but at least I won't be losing money.

bailey sue, Please tell me you tried the lock before you place you items in the purse!! I just ordered one and now I scared , how would you ever get the item out without ttearing the purse apart??
