Re: Dooney: suede, suede and more suede

I’ve had 2 suede bags, a Dooney (QVC) and a MK I received as a gift. Both got really ugly on the back side that was close to me. Handbags are beautiful from the front but turn them around and yikes.

Like the nylon, ( which I too thought was crazily priced for nylon) , dooney suede is nothing like others versions.   I have found the materials Dooney uses is in a class by itself!

I LOVE suede.  Suede takes color so well; gorgeous.

I've had the leather and suede DB bags in the past, both are just too heavy for my shoulders/back now. They're being stored on a top shelf. I haven't even used my LV bags. All are retired.

I've gravitated to the nylon bags. My favorites are TUMI, MZ Wallace,  DB, Bagalini, Lug, etc.
