I had a problem with my Logo Lock too. It would just spin right off so I put a little super glue on it and never had another problem with it.

I went back to the reviews and read them carefully.  There were many complaints of broken locks.

I went to Macy's to look at what's new. Nothing impressed me.  Finally, I found this Fossil bag that suits me perfectly. It's large, but simple and it zips completely across the top and it was half the price of similar bags from Dooney and Coach.

I was thinking of purchasing this bag but after reading the reviews, I saw that this has happened to quite a few ladies. When you invest that much money in a purse, this should not happen.
