Im strictly a Pat Nash chick. Dooney's are stiff and not wide enough for me. You have to fight it to get it to open. Those red bags are pretty though. don't have a red, most are to small. The 419.00 one was roomy and had some room in it. That Dooney gal is a control freak

Courtney is letting her have the lead, but, she's gonna do it her way. Kind of like treating Courtney as 'the help'.  Courtney is keeping it real. She's a pro.

Some don't have feet on 'em either. I prefer feet on my stuff. ONe time the Dooney gal said "gold hardware" she meant to say gold plated hardware.  I thought sis if that

had real gold hardware it would be double at least.

I haven't bought Dooney in several years and when I did, I bought from Ilovedooney.   Lately I've been buying Patricia Nash bags.  Dooney is stuck on the same styles they've been selling for years.

I only have one and in pink. It was over at IloveDooney

and it was a big one and price was right.  Think it's got feet, too. They just stand up better with feet

I just heard a lady call in and said she has collected 120 DB  handbags in 25 years. I have a few florentine satchels of theirs. Sometimes if I shop on DB.com website the prices can be better, extra discounts especially during holidays.

Yeah, I heard that gal, also. First thing I thought was

they would be outdated  by now and probably be

well worn.   I don't think I have nothing for 20 yrs.

Wish poor Courtney would take off those baggy long clothes.

I do same, especially with the sales.   Their pricing prior to last Xmas was unbelievable.

Re: Dooney & Bourke bags

[ Edited ]

I thought about a couple of them but then I checked the description for the weight.  An empty bag that weights 1 lb 14 oz is way too heav for me.  And I agree-- better prices and on line.

Add that to my list of things I changed with the pandemic-- less make up, no heels, and no heavy bags!!
