It's a disgrace that you'd receive a bag in that condition.

I have had no problems with their bags. They are lightweight and have a built-in wallet. I have three bags. All mine received were new.

yesterday I received this bag. The front wallet was sewn on way crooked, the top flap covered the wallet's zipper, the strap was wadded up inside the bag, there were no tags. And the previous owner left a couple packets of OTC meds in the front pocket. It seems like every bag I've purchased from this brand I've either returned or donated. The only one I have now is the Everday Essentials crossbody which I like.. but many reviews say that within a few months the snaps tear away from the fabric. We shall see. Just too many issues with poor design and quality to keep on wasting money. Wanted to like this one enough to keep. The color was beautiful.

did u buy it 'as is'?  even so, it should not be shipped out like that.

i don't fault IHKWIP, this falls squarely on QVC -their quality control -contact them and request a replacment.

no use complaining here, we cannot help you.

also, i contacted IHKWIP for a guitar strap that did not come with my bag that i purchased at their outlet store.  they sent it out quickly.  charged me $10 flat. no shipping cost.

i feel they have very good customer service.

i have many of their bags and none have failed me in any respect.

i don't know what to say, but its Christmas and we are all in misery

I would say the poor craftsmanship is most definitely IHKWIP’s fault! The used purse with medicine still in it is obviously QVC’s responsibility, but the poor craftsmanship isn’t, imo.
