@ECBG - I love the look of the first one you posted, but I like to carry my bags on my shoulder. I am glad others enjoy clutches, and they look great, too, but even though I have one (metallic bronze/rose gold tone with embossed snake texture), I never wear it, and likely never will.  I do not enjoy carrying a bag in the crook of my arm.  I feel it can be so easily lifted by someone looking to steal it. (Not rational, I know, considering if someone points a gun at you, it doesn't matter if your bag has 1,000 straps attached to it.)

While they do have limited utility I love them and own a few.

My favorite bag converts to a clutch and I own a couple of others. I love a clutch for brunch, date nights, and worship service.
