@hicindy2 and all:  Finally got in touch with them.  Tracked my return to see that they received it on the 6th of November.  They issued the credit ON THE 21st!!!  It's not on my statement because the end date is right around that time.  On Monday I will call the CC company to ascertain that a refund was issued.  They had originally told me that a refund would be issued within three to five days after having received the return.  I will call the CC company on Monday.  My fingers are crossed that after making that call I will be done with this awful company.

 

I have always had positive experiences with the sister companies, so I wouldn't write them off. However, I will never deal with Mark and Graham again.  Back when everything was hunky dory with them I had seen several things to order for Christmas gifts.  I assure you that that won't be happening.  I am DONE with them.
