The bag looks to be about the size of a Dooney Ruby or Bitsy.

I wouldn't mind having it myself  

I have the Brahmin Copa tote and....some days, it's just too big.

Funny, I just can't relate - just strikes me as odd even though it seems common.

When growing up I never had a purse until I went to college...just never had a need. When I went to school...even in high school, everything went into my canvas book bag.

The 1st handbag I purchased was for college in 1977. I bought it when it was on a 75% off clearance table at the front of the store (Caldor) for $9.99.. I carried that black bag for 10 yrs until the strap finally broke...LOL
