@1 blue star I ask that, too! I think clearance and "as is" handbags should have FREE shipping & handling.

QVC makes money from shipping and while they may offer reduced shipping on some items, they charge a lot of shipping for a handbag. It does not seem to make sense but that's QVC for you!
