Clean with soap and water.

Wipe it down with warm water and soap. It's not leather, I don't think there is anything you can do about tears and scuff marks.

If it is faux, sometimes a marker can fill in a tear so it is less noticeable.

Amazon has listings for vinyl repair kits for furniture, auto seats, jackets, etc.

Maybe try an Auto Zone or similar type place, they usually have vinyl repair kits there
