Always look forward to getting the e-mails from Brahmin.  The company is stepping out a bit for the new season: tri-color bags, a subdued print with berry and olive and an animal print.  Get you grrrrrr on !!

I love that brand too! I have a small bag with a tapestry front and, black leather back, sides and short strap. I also have a classic black wallet. I treasure them! The new styles are quite a departure from their traditional styles. They are nice but, IMHO they are each very different. No real focus on a collection.

I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. Brahmin is a classic brand, sometimes when these brands branch out into what's trendy...they lose their essence that made them who they were and what made them popular!

I have never tried that brand, but I have looked at them in stores.  I like the animal print bag, but I would want a longer shoulder strap and a zipper.  I do not care for the print bag.  I find it much easier to coordinate solid color or 2 tone bags with my outfits.  I am not a fan of that snake print, and I really don't like short handle bags.
