Beware of the little green sticker dot on your Dooney Florentines!!

I just received 2 "as is" Dooney Florentines Buckley bags, and they had little green stickers on them.  I was worried when I bought them that they would be horrible, but to my surprise both were perfect. Has anyone ever received green dots on Dooney florentine bags?

Can you remove the stickers?  I know Neiman and many stores mark bags with a dot (usually red) on inside of bag so people do not return them for regular price.  They have all kinds of markers for different  reasons.  People by them as is, or at an outlet or on ebay and have tried to return them to stores for money back.  Sales clerk told me  they can tell if it is an outlet bag, sold to Ross as a discount or sold on clearance at their stores.  They mark it, or make a small notch somewhere on the inside  lining.

But if it just a removable green sticker most likely it so QVC employees can distinguish the product from regular stock.

There have been many threads over the years about the green stickers, concluding little.   My most recent two bags have had the stickers and they were perfect bags.

If your bags were perfect, why should we beware the green stickers?
