If you have an Elite Belk card, there is a coupon that works on handbags and many other items that are rarely couponed.

Like with many stores, "Elite" status means you have bought a lot there.

 

I have stopped since the takeover which promotes very inexpensive, low quality items but have retained "elite" status somehow.
