Sorry accidentally hit Post instead of 2 of 2 page. 🤪 I’m thinking about your posts and agree this backpack wouldn’t be safe to travel with or be wearing in crowded places. Great price but not practical. Besides I would probably carry over the shoulder and I can see clutzy me dropping it on the ground or worst in a mud puddle. 🤪

Pass, looks like your hiking up the mountain. Too small too, for me.

Good for a school kid/college kid. Just gonna carry books , etc.

Good pick pocket would steal out of it or jerk you backward and knock you down.

Re: BACKPACK TSV

[ Edited ]

I have always loved a backpack and especially the ones that look like purses.  I was alway conscious of what I was carrying and where it was.  When in crowds I carried it on one shoulder and let the body of the bag be trapped under my arm.  No way is anyone going to be able to get into it.  There is always the thief with a knife, willing to cut the bottom of the bag (and everything you have drops to the ground) but for the most part, tucking it under the arm while positioned over the shoulder is pretty good and if they have a knife, they can do the same thing to a regular purse you're carrying.

I have several, including two Louis Vuitton, one Large Monogram and one Large Brown Damier.  Love those bags..... Woman Very Happy

I have my fair share of handbags, God knows, but a backpack is not among them.

To me, there is nothing stylish about them at all.. JMO

I do like American leather Co. and bought their last TSV and like it much better than I thought I would. But, it's a satchel and that's my thing....satchels and totes.

While traveling, when we leave a hotel for the day, DH has a lightweight canvas backpack we put an umbrella, bottle of water, light jacket or sweater if needed. We take turns carrying it.

Never would I include phones, passports, charge cards or anything valuable.

@SilleeMee   The older (vintage, to me) Coach bags are worth a lot of money.

I was clearing out my shelf of bags and had 2 totes in the signature Coach canvas with leather trim. They are on consignment and the women said she could easily get at least $250 each. Of course, after her "cut", I don't recieve that much.
