You got rid of the link for this person to e mail Consulting Rosarians in their state to ask why the rose isn't doing well -- great foliage, no blooms!

Coffee grounds don't really do much for roses except maybe acidify the soil. Best to use a granular fertilizer like Espoma Rose Tone monthly on your roses, a half cup sprinkled around it during the growing season.
I have 2 roses 'Madame Anisette' & 'Frances Meilland' -- great foliage, few blooms. I spoke with several other Rosarians and we are finding though these roses have great disease rsistsnce, the blooms are few. Maybe they would do better in a warmer area of the US.
We all have them in an area that gets over 6 hours of sun and get fed monthly. Ask the Consulting Rosarian this about your rose.
