Westinghouse Solar lights question

The Westinghouse Solar lights (set of 12) that is a hot pick for today, if anyone has them, please let me know if when you want a certain color for a holiday, say blue, can these lights stay on steady blue or do they change? Sadly, the description on line and on TV this morning was not clear about that. Also, it's so unsettling an confusing when the reviews are so up and down about a product. How can one person rave about something and another say they are horrible. I'm normally not a solar light fan, but I thought I'd try these, but the way the colors change is going to be a deal breaker for me so if someone would let me know, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
