Although we had a couple of days of much needed rain, we are in the midst of some very humid weather.  The feel like temp today in Nova Scotia is 97. We are still working in the gardens but mostly early in the morning.  I swam three times today.  Thank heavens for a/c.

Many days of hot humid weather here most of thie month too @Lilysmom. I have to smile when I see your gardens because so many of what's now blooming for you our's is long gone as you can imagine. What also is against us is that things are blooming so much earlier than they should be due to weather changes (I'm thinking global changes). DH and a friend of our's constantly talk about this. It's kind of sad really.

Should I assume this is Lily in the garden?

Love the new pathway (circle) stones you have, LOVE your new (Egyptian) Lady's head you have too! I also love the seahorse, very cute & whimsical.

Stay cool swimming those laps with your sweet pooch! Please say hi to your DH, hope he too is well!

@Lilysmom.  You really have an eye for composition both in the planning of your garden and the plantings, and in your photography.  I love the first photo with the stump.  Someone with artistic talent ought to do a painting of it.
