Update on my two Crown Imperials

It is my sad duty to report that of them has been devoured by SLUGS!!!!! I saw them doing the deed but I don't have the moral fortitude to put on gloves and flick them off. By the day after, it was completely gone.

I hope that at least the bulb survived for another try next year. And the surviving flowers are doing very well.
