Totem Pole plant question

I bought my totem pole plant from Robertas about 9-10 months ago and it only has 4 limbs that are only about 3-4 inches long from the pole. I have repotted it, given it plant food etc but it's not growing much at all.  I am not able to post a picture ( not tech savy) Any tips on getting it to grow ?

Thanks and yes, I have it sitting in front of my picture window that gets plenty of bright light.
