Tomato plants limp

I planted 3 tomato plants in a large container on my deck. They get full sun (very hot at that). I'm seeing marble-sized green tomatoes on them. What am I supposed to do. I started watering them twice daily and that's not helping. The plants are growing faster than weeds. Any ideas?
