Soon for those late blooming white mums I previously posted about.
They still look glorious. I've been covering them when frost is called for, but after this warmer then usual week, it may be time to say goodbye. Or may-be not.....I'd like to save them till Thanksgiving. I have such a hard time letting them go.

Are they in a pot or in the ground?? I would make the attempt to plant them in the ground and see if they survive the winter.

Try to get them to last through Thanksgiving. After that, you'll be moving on to Christmas decor and mums will look out-of-place. But by all means try planting in the garden, they may make it through the winter.

Thanks for your comments. They are potted and I don't believe they are hardy mums. I can plant them in a sunny location next to the house where it will be warmer throughout the winter, but in the past I haven't had much success. No harm in trying I guess.
