Sprouting and Microgreen Gardening

Is anyone else doing this?  I'm find this very easy and cheap way to garden indoors with minimal equipment and lighting.

I used to grow bean sprouts under the kitchen sink.    But, they grow so fast, and there's only so much of those things you can eat..............

Re: Sprouting and Microgreen Gardening

I've been sprouting seeds since the 70's, alfalfa, mung, lentil, etc. Microgreens outside in raised beds, I guess I could grow the micro greens inside in the winter. I just find things grown without the air, sun and rain do not have that great taste. My friends grow all kinds of greens in a green house year round and they are great tasting, except for the kale.
