Anyone else having this issue on the east coast? The last week has been the week from he11 for farmers and gardeners in Atlantic Canada. We have had snow, rain and frost for a week. Frost warnings every night. I was swimming in our lake last Friday and had frost a few days later.
A lot of damage to fruit (apples, pears, plums, blueberries, strawberries, etc).
The wineries have lost at least half of their grapes.
Not too much damage on our property but we have been bringing in the annuals every night.
So, since there hasn’t been much doing in the garden, I bought a new piece of art for the garden. Not sure where it’s final location will be but it will stay here for now. This is the bed that was pretty much destroyed when we lost the two large spruce last winter. It is doing much better after repair. LM

@goldensrbest, the face is garden art. It needs something around it. Mulling that for awhile. It usually takes me awhile to figure out where I want to place items.
Here is another look at it...LM

Where in the world do you get your garden art from? Really nice looking.

@goldensrbest, all of my art is local. This came from a large garden Center. LM

@QVCkitty1, we got some very welcome rain over the last two days. Very dry here. I swear the plants grew inches in two days! Glad you didn’t get the frost. Snow in June????? What’s up with that! LM

Your weather is unbelievable @Lilysmom. I just came in from grocery shopping and my car said it's 94°. That was at about 2:30pm. It'll get a little warmer before the afternoon is over.

I'm in the Southwest and we have been well over 100 already. Hoping that our monsoon season starts early. We need rain so badly.
