It hurts me ti post this comment however, I want all to beware and hope you never have this experience.

I have been a loyal customer of QVC for many years. However, sadly after today, I do not believe I can remain a loyal customer. When the four piece Dahlia Extravaganza aired on 2/23/14, I was very excited and immediately placed my order.

On 5/9 I called to check on the status because the QVC site indicated that they were shipped on 4/13/14 however, I had not receive them. I was told that they had definitely shipped but give it 13 days. I then called today 5/16 and was told that it should have shipped, but I probably was not going to get them.

I then called Roberta's to find out what happened to my order. They went on their system and confirmed that QVC NEVER PLACED MY ORDER!!!!!

I am a devoted customer of QVC and I am appalled at the fact that they took my money, then lied several times about my order. It is very disturbing to me that QVC is now in the business of taking and floating customer monies. If I had not called, the rep confirmed that you would not call me.

For those who ordered these plants and have yet to receive them, PLEASE beware and follow up!!!{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

I hope you requested, and got, a refund.

I don't understand-- did you make a phone call to C/S to order or did you order online? Either way you can check to see if the order was created by looking at your order status when you sign in.

I have it set up that I get an e mail into the address I use for e mails when an order is placed so that I get a notice that has in the subject title: Thank you for your order #123456789.

Hopefully you can find the dahlias at another online website.

That's terrible. Beyond an apology and refund, QVC ought to offer you a gift card or credit against a future offer. Good way to win back a disgruntled customer.

I would call QVC and ask for my order number. There should be a tracking number. I am not sure you have the correct information.

I am so sorry this happened to you, especially since you waited to long. It is a disappointment.

Do you think the problem could have been on Roberta's end? Like QVC, they could tell you anything. Anyway, the important thing is to get your money refunded and perhaps look on line or locally to find something similar you like.

For what it's worth, I've had very little luck with anything from Robertas. Go to a local nursery and you'll find healthier Dahlias than anything shipped across country.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Roberta's giving you the wrong info. I dealt with their cs years ago about some plumeria stalks that arrived rotting in the package. They were not too pleased to replace my order, very nasty to talk to. Acted like it was my fault. They had a one year guarantee and they arrived bad/dying. I called them the day I received them. I never ordered from them again. Just my experience, long time ago.

I haven't been that thrilled with anything from Roberta's or Cottage Farms. Last year things just out and out died and I asked for a refund which I received. I didn't order anything this year, I am shopping locally for plants - that way I can see what I am getting.

Is there a chance that someone stole it? I know, even where we live in a beautiful rural area, theft is getting to be a bigger and bigger problem. The drug addicts and the thieves know no bounds. Let us know the outcome of your situation. It isn't like QVC to lie to it's customers about orders.{#emotions_dlg.unsure}
