I stopped buying Plow & Hearth items from online and in stores 2 yrs ago.  Everything is expensive and they really don't stand behind the products after the QVC return policy.  My last purchase was a solar crystal sphere that I had issues from the beginning with the solar panel.  QVC did replace it, only for it to stop working after 2 months plus it rusted all to the tune of $60....DONE !!!
