I was watching some of the Roberta's videos and I saw a couple of annuals. I always thought that an annual just came up for one year, you had to throw it away at the end of the growth season (like marigolds or impatiens) but he kept going on about this one plant (an annual) and how it keeps growing season after season. I am totally confused. I always look for perennials so that they come back. What he is talking about? Please help.
