Plant ID Help

This is a close-up which makes it more difficult to ID.  I have googled and can't find it.  Any suggestions as to what it might be?  I would appreciate it. Thanks

I'd say it's a begonia of some type - there are so many.

Thank you both.  I was able to use what you mentioned and I think it's Begonia rex esgarcot.

Begonia Rex escargo. Escargo, hence the spiral, snail like markings.
