Pepper Plant Question

This is the first year I am trying peppers.  I bought 1 Red Pepper plant and 1 Orange Pepper plant.  Right now I have 3 HUGE Peppers but they are all green.  Will they eventually turn red/orange or were the lables switched somewhere???

When peppers change to RED   = they are ripe - as ripe as they'll ever be.  High in Vit C too.  Pick & Eat.

 

They cost more than the green guys too -
