That sounds sooo good! I thought they might use vanilla. I'd probably have to cut up a few peaches and cover with a little water and sugar to make a syrup. Then, I could blend them into my ice cream. Yum!😋❤️

@Estellee Thank you very much, Estellee ! I went to cooking school when I took a year off from art college. Cooking and art are passions of mine and I really love to cook for my family. When I cook, I feel relaxed and confident.

Kentucky. I think that's where DH wants to go. Isn't that where they make liquor?
I'm glad they can grow peaches in a lot of states including Ok. We have ate peaches from Co, Ok, Tx, Ar, Ga, Al, Fl & SC. I think it's strange we can get peaches in Sept. We have to wait until end of July to get them unless we drive out east to buy some. That's at least a 4 hr round trip.

Oh yes, all the best bourbon is made here. There's a lot of distilleries that do tours. There's also quite a few wineries here as well.

If you ever do decide to visit. My hometown has a state park with the only waterfalls with a moonbow in our hemisphere. We're also home to the original Kentucky Fried Chicken lol.😃❤️

@cheriere Thank you so much for your kind words, Cheriere- you're a dear heart and you're also the epitome of love and light on here! Unforseen medical emergencies happened with loved ones- it was like a soap opera in real life. It all happened the week when I found out I didn't get into the police academy back in March, so I decided to kind of shelf and box away my own disappointment and sadness from my broken dream in order to have the strong and present mind to care for and help others through what they went through. Now my delayed emotions are all kind of hitting me these days. I want to drop-kick 2024 and throw it in the trash already . Thank you for your kindness and support

@cheriere Thanks you so much, Cheriere . You have so much going for you and a lot to offer too! You know, I never thought I'd be halfway through a year and already wanting it to be over. Ice cream can only do so much! These QVC forums really do help to cheer me up though, they definitely do.

That's what I love ❤️ about this forum too. Whenever I first joined the group, I thought it would just be about QVC reviews and things. It's so much more than that. I like knowing that while we all share a common love for the Q, it gives us the opportunity to make new friends.

@cheriere I like that a lot too! We can all talk about our favorite QVC brands or hosts, but also talk about so many other topics too. I'm glad that I found these forums! Its crazy how I've been shopping at QVC for the past decade and only discovered the forums I think a year and a half ago .
