Over the past couple weeks I've noticed what looks like thousands upon thousands of little black, non moving dots all over my lemon trees. They are especially on all of the new blooms and eventually the blooms are eaten away or fall from the tree.
Does anyone know what this is or should I get the trees out of the house and keep them in garage until it's time to put them back outside? I've been using pesticides that get rid of scale, aphids, mites, etc but the bugs or whatever this is refuses to go away.
Any help would be appreciated.
