Mail order might be the best way to go for these special peonies. I use Klehm Songsparrow Nursery in Wisconsin. I would either call, e mail or see on their website if they ship to Canada. They typically ship peonies in the fall -- figure around October; but you can request sooner say in September when you place your order.
