@GingerPeach  Beautiful bouquet in a beautiful vase.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

So pretty, let’s have tea ☕️!

Hope my Chamomile comes up soon.

Only garlic up in herb bed right now.

I'm always in the mood for tea.  🍵☕

These chamomile were store-bought and some were fading, so I cut the rest much shorter, pulled off the old, dry leaves, and put them in the new vase. I do have some almost full grown in a pot outside, however, and one is just about to bloom, @Drythe

Cheers!

The flowers are especially pretty in and are enhanced by that beautiful blue vase.

What part of the chamomile plant is used to make tea?

You've probably looked it up already, @JustJazzmom ,or maybe asked this question to encourage readers to look it up themselves, but if not, it's the flowers.

Here's a nice little article that, as many do, explains the difference between the ground cover chamomile (Roman) and the tall, tea-making, chamomile (German).  The tall kind, of course, is the one in the vase in the OP (whose stems I cut shorter as they aged).

I didn’t get a chance to look up as we were away visiting family.

Do the flowers have to be fully open or should they be allowed to air dry first?
