PWD plants are shipped by Robertas.  Philip presents his hand picked collection of plants on QVC but actually they are supplied and shipped by Robertas.  Apparently Roberta's doesn't check the quality of the plants at the time they are packaged to ship.  Unfortunately, that looks bad for PWD brand.  I haven't received my orders yet.  Sure hope I get lucky because I really liked what Philip presented.
