We may have a small casita but OH MY , the leaves in the yard.  We were all set to go today to buy a rake, bags, and whatever else we needed to get them all up when our landlords contractor came by and DH happened to mention to him that we were going out to buy what we needed. 

 

He told us that the landlord has asked him to do it for both properties and send them the bill.  YAY!!!!!!!!

We did a final cleanup of leaves this weekend.  Still some on the oak trees but that is the case all the way through winter.  All done for this year!  Sounds like it’s going to be a long snowy winter!  LM
