Hi!
I am about to start my spring/summer gardening adventure with my basil plants: I was just on-line researching where to buy soil, etc.
Could any of you tell me if an 8 quart bag is too much? I usually have two pots of basil going and I want to change the soil in my philodendron.
I looked at soil at Home Depot and one was with fertilizer and another type was with nitrogen time release...any instructions as to which one?
Also, do you think I should start the basil from seeds or purchase plants? In the past, I always purchased plants.
Thanks for any advice to a person who barely knows what she is doing
