More unique changes to your lovely landscape! Thanks for sharing.
BTW: Hope everyone remembered to pinch back their mums to keep them upright and their stems strong with more blooms! July 4th is the cut-off date to avoid droopy mums. [Sorry, I neglected to place a reminder in the Gardening site while hastily getting ready for my much-needed vacation.]

@Lilysmom1 Your hydrangeas are beautiful as well as your garden. Thank you for posting all the beautiful photos. Several years ago we had to downsize our garden, but I especially miss the hydrangeas that had to be taken out. Although I can't remember the name of this one, it was a special favorite of mine:

I always send your thread with pictures to my sister in PA., who is a huge hydrangea lover. She approves. I love them too but they don't grow here. Your many varieties are lovely.

@Lilysmom1 Your Endless Summer doesn't look like it. I have several and this is what mine look like.

I'm suffering from hydrangea envy. We have 5 established bushes. (could not tell you their names) For a few years, they flowered beautifully. Last year only 2 flowered and again this year, 1 has a lot of flowers and another has a few small flowers. The bushes have a lot of leaves and continue getting bigger by the day. We've consulted experts, to no avail.![]()
Your hydrangeas are stunning!

@Lilysmom1 Do you fertlize the hydrangeas? I only do it once, maybe twice a year. I am perplexed as hydrangeas are tough shrubs as long as they have plenty of water. Did you cut off this years buds when you pruned in the Fall of last year, or don't you do that? I think next year I will remove some buds before flowering in order to get larger flowers as I have noticed this year that the plants that only have a few flowers produce enormous flowers.
