Well, it's a tropical or sub-tropical of some sort.  It looks like the pots are in a little grove of podocarpus, which tells me, whatever it is, I am too far North to grow it as a hardy plant, outdoors.

You may have already done this and are waiting for their response, but if you haven't, consider contacting Cottage Farms with the picture and ask them the plant name and for care information.
