Help...Frost Guard windshield cover product #

I purchased the Frost Guard for xmas for my husband. We live in MN and I thought it would be perfect for him so he didn't have to scrape his windshield at 6:00 AM. We tried to put it on the car and just not sure how it the straps work. I have looked for the product to watch the video and cannot find it!!!!!!! Has it been discontinued?? Please help.

Go to YouTube and type in Frostguard. You will see a video on how to use it.

I never got mine, finally called for a credit and the guy said he was surprised I waited that long. Sounds like they had "issues."

I'd be interested in what "issues" depglass refers to. I bought one last year and two more this year, just to be sure I always have one on hand. They are awesome! And as a senior citizen, they sure do beat scraping ice off the windshield!!!!

Short Answer: the elastic straps on either end go over the car's rear-view mirrors.

Also, if one copies the item number given by another person V32886 --copy that number into the QVC search bar, the product description AND video will come up.

Also, while I do not live in MN, have wonderful relatives there. Beautiful state. Relatives did talk about how deep the snow was last year. Our very best holiday wishes to you.

I watched the demonstrations - but immediately knew it had one major flaw. There was NO way to secure it to the car - to keep someone from stealing it. Many of these kinds of windshield covers have panels that go inside the car door - so when it closes, no one can steal the cover. I do have a garage and am now retired - so I don't need these - but feel sorry for anyone that buys one and has it stolen.

So, just a word of warning. I'm in the northeast, I can't even see out my windows right now. I was able to use this product twice, then the elastic ripped on one side. The concept is great but they really need better QC. Unfortunately it just ripped last week so the return period is over and honestly, how do you pack that product back up to mail?
